1.产品介绍：
立式管道泵为立式构造，进，出口直径相同，坐落同一中心线上。它可以像阀门一样安装在管道中。它配有安装脚，以增加泵的稳定性。它具备连贯而美观的外观，并占有一定面积。占地面积小，建设投资少。
2.产品特性：
1.叶轮直接安装在电动机的延长轴上。轴向大小短，构造连贯，泵和电动机的滚珠轴承配置合理，可以有效性地平衡泵运行产生的径向和轴向负载，从而确保泵的稳定运行。低振动噪声。

1.吸入压力≤1.0mpa，或泵系统工作压力≤1.6mpa，即泵吸入口压力+泵压头≤1.6mpa。泵液压试验压力为2.5mpa。定购时请注明系统的工作压力。当泵系统的工作压力大于1.6mpa时，在定购时应再行解释，以便泵的流通部分和连接部分在制造过程中由铸钢制成。
2.环境温度<40°c，相对湿度<95％。
3，输送介质中固体微粒的体积含量不超过单位体积的0.1％，粒径低于0.2mm；

centrifugal pumpso can send out water is due to the role of centrifugal force. before the pumpworks， the pump body and the inlet pipe must be filled with water to form a vacuum state. when the impeller rotates rapidly, the blade makes the water rotate quickly. the rotating water flies away from the impeller under the action of centrifugal force. after the water in the pump is thrown out, the central part of the impeller forms a vacuum region. under the action of atmospheric pressure (orwater pressure），the original water is pressed into the inlet pipe through the pipe network. in this way, continuous pumping can be realized. it is worth mentioning that： before the centrifugal pumpstarts，it must be filled with water in the pump shell before it can be started，otherwise it will cause the pump body to heat，vibrate，reduce the water output，cause damage to the pump (referred to as“cavitation“）andcauseequipmentaccidents！
4.service conditions：
1.suctionpressure≤1.0mpa，or maximum working pressure of pump system≤1.6mpa，i.e. suction pressure + pump head ≤ 1.6mpa. the static pressure of the pump is 2.5mpa. please indicate the system working pressure when ordering. when the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6mpa，it should be put forward separately when ordering, so that the overflow part and connection part of the pump can be made of cast steel。
